OEM & ODM · low MOQ programme
Your own blade line, starting at twenty sets.
Engrave your logo, adjust an existing profile, or cut an entirely new one. A mould costs $60-120 per design — and the tooling charge comes back once cumulative orders for that profile reach 500 sets.

Three ways to start
Custom does not have to mean a container.
Most buyers start at twenty sets with an existing profile and grow into their own mould within a year.
TRIAL ORDER
From 20 setsOne profile in any brand, priced at standard wholesale. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
PRIVATE LABEL
From 200 setsYour logo engraved or printed, your carton marking and part numbering. Shared moulds keep tooling at zero when the profile already exists.
CUSTOM PROFILE
500 sets cumulativeA new mould cut to your drawing or worn sample. The $60-120 tooling charge is refunded in full once 500 sets ship.
How a custom project runs
From a worn sample to your own mould.
Send a drawing or a worn blade
A technical drawing, a worn sample by post, or a clear photo with measurements. Any of the three is enough to quote tooling.
Approve the sample
Samples ship in 7-15 days once the mould is cut. You confirm fit and material before a single set of volume production starts.
Grow toward the refund
Every set shipped against that profile counts toward 500. Reach it and the tooling charge comes straight back off your next invoice.
Inside the factory
From raw material to sealed export crate.
Every order follows the same visible path: PU material in, blades cut and wrapped, crates weighed, sealed and handed to the forwarder. You see what we ship.
What private label did for a buyer
“We put our own logo on a Tennant-profile blade and it became our best-margin spare part. The tooling paid for itself inside the second order.”
Custom order questions
Before you put your logo on it.
Who owns the mould?
The profile stays exclusive to you while orders keep coming. We do not sell your custom profile to another buyer, and tooling is refunded at 500 cumulative sets.
Can you match an existing blade exactly?
We can match the geometry, not the trademark. Send the worn blade and we reproduce the profile in your material of choice.
What does a sample cost?
Samples are charged at unit price plus freight and ship in 7-15 days, depending on whether a mould already exists for the profile.
Is twenty sets really enough to start?
Yes. The minimum applies across the order, so a trial can combine two models at ten sets each and still clear it.
