Send the machine model, or three measurements off the old blade. We cut to the original profile and ship front and rear as a matched set.
Material matched to the floor
Oil-heavy workshops need oil-resistant PU. Cold rooms and smooth concrete run better on gum rubber. Both are stocked, not special-ordered.

What exactly counts as one set?
One set is the front and rear blade for a single machine. The 20-set minimum applies to the order as a whole, so you can spread it across several models.
Do I have to pay for tooling?
A new profile needs a mould, which runs $60-120 per design. Once cumulative orders for that profile reach 500 sets, the tooling charge is refunded in full.
How long does a PU blade actually last?
Two to three months in normal commercial use. Oil, heat, rough floors and long daily runs all shorten that, and we will say so if gum rubber suits your application better.
What if a batch arrives faulty?
Send photos within one week of delivery and we re-ship the affected quantity at our cost. No argument, no credit-note runaround.
Are samples free?
Samples are charged at unit price and ship in 7-15 days, depending on whether a mould already exists for your profile.
